It's because PSO will be 15 years old, so they want 15 hours of streaming.
They have to talk about the 2 big updates of november and december, episode 4, the PS4, the anime, the Sympathy concert, all the nicovideo cast (you may not know this but they have 5 teams of web celebrities streaming the game, every office day), they will have a big corner about development, questions to the team, about PSO2es, there will be sub-channels commenting on the main channel, some let's play with all the new content I suppose, etc etc...
