Lagging behind constantly in MPAs

My internet speeds are a little slow sometimes, but like was stated above, it shouldn't be an issue with PSO2. I stopped playing for a little bit, but I booted up the game again today. I did several MPAs with 10-12 people, including Magatsu and have had no problems. I'm starting to think an update fixed something, as Kirby said.

Specs, in case it's relevant. Intel Core i3-2330M @ 2.20 GHz, 6 GB of RAM, integrated Intel HD Graphics Family card.
