I tried to Science earlier with a level 102 wanda and level 92 viola; the numbers seemed close-ish for slicer from a dps standpoint; but the 102 wanda had 60% element to the viola's 50%

Viola Slicer is mediocre. Its good PAs are stomp and pulsar.
