You can TAJA but it doesn't affect pets. It only affects your own stuff.
I really don't like how vague and inconsistent everything is.
It just increases the probability of needing to reset your skill tree, or people getting stuff that doesn't actually do anything, and never realizing it.
Yeah, it actually seems kinda scummy when so many other recent games with a heavy reliance on skill trees just make resetting a normal part of gameplay and either free or cost some ingame currency. Like yeah BnS has the most atrocious skill translations I've seen in a while, but at least if you find out something doesn't work the way you expected it to you can just right click the skill training and put the points in something else. I rarely have luck with area drops.
The rates look about as bad as with the previous LQ.
Seems like Lillipa UQ has the best odds out of all the potential sources.
To be honest, the best way to pray for a 13* torim would be doing the following AQ's.
Coast-Ruins-Seabed.
Coast and Seabed drop torims 10* + , Angel can appear in any AQ.

11 star Sari drops fairly often from Magatsu Sai.
I guess that if you don't want to waste time with crappy Magatsu runs, just run a bunch of chars through normal and then do XH Sai on each of them.
Assuming anyone actually wants a 11 star Sari.
The amount of 13* Torim egg drops are way too low to be an area drop. If it wasn't an area drop in the previous LQ, then there's no way it can be an area drop in this one. It has to be a Dio exclusive drop as Summoner in this LQ.
