    When the Train hit the Summoner and the dog, we can see some sort of an Iron Wall effect on the Dog, Wonder which skill it is, maybe Photon Barrier ?

    Having a single atk stat for melee, ranged and casting would be retarded as all hell.

    Probably Easy Sympathy.
    I'd assume sympathy is a skill that increases pet performance or increase the rate at which pets gain some resource. Or it's used to activate the skill and the sympathy related skills make it easier to get there / enhance the effect.

    Also, these skills make it look like Summoner will be all atk based. Lolwat. Maybe Sega tries to gives us pets by making a class you can sub for everyone to get a pet ontop of your usual build that helps you around...but will still fall short of subbing a meta class.

    Sounds interesting though.
    And quick recovery + massive mates makes me think it speeds up use time of all support items and makes mates heal more.

    Those 2 pet switch skills mean default pet atk should be t.
    Sub class glow up is probably "grow" and might be exp boost for your subclass (pretty sure it's not gonna change the max lvl until which the subclass gets exp).

    Either way, this might be another support class. TBH if that's the case and it synergizes well with Te main this might actually be good.

    Pets could maybe be used for actual aggro management. Might make a big difference in TD if used properly.

    Wasn't there Something with summons being SU main only ?

    I would have liked the "All Attack Up" to be 10 and "All Attack High Up" to be 5 actually.
    All Attack Bonus will certainly be a % while Attack Up a flat stat increase.

    I was thinking Subclass Glow Up (if glow and not grow), to be a skill that increase the % of stats you get from your subclass, like instead of 10% (?), you would get 15 or 20.

    Looks like you won't have to worry about JA with baton, there is no JA circle at all.


    I suspected all footage are recorded with someone other than the summoner so you don't see the JA circle but 2:03 confirmed it.

    Unless that glow around the pet is the JA timing.

    HP High Up: Obvious
    Subclass Grow Up: Increases subclass stat bonuses (20 > 30% maybe)

    Easy Sympathy: Pet stuff (cooldown reduction?)

    Seems like Summoner relies on high stats (good for PBs). Might not be a bad subclass depending on how high the AAB and AAU bonuses are.

    @final_attack: The reading for defense stats is literally "attack defense". For example, T-ATK is 法撃, and T-DEF is 法撃防御.

    Maybe we can explode the pet in a suicide attack like Zombie Dogs in Diablo 3

    And yeah, this makes it look like Summoner is probably not gonna synergize well with dps classes but might work quite well as support when combined with Te.
    Cause I'm thinking stat bonuses are probably not gonna be as good as things like 44% light/wind/dark damage boost + pp convert + pp restorate from te or fury stance or fi stances and probably not even avg stance.

    I'll need to see how this works in action but at first glance Massive Mate, All Def High Up and HP High Up don't seem to make a lot of sense for a ranged character with a pet in front taking all the hits.

    Maybe it has something to do with the Sympathy skill that lets the player take a portion of pet damage?
