I can see that some of the eggs have bonus values (randomly), for example +2 HP +2 Tech +1 Strike.

Is there anyway to have your current pet receive these bonuses?

Feed those eggs to your pet and they'll be granted the bonus

I noticed something, pets tend to attack targets without being commanded, is there anyway to stop them from doing so?

Multiple ways
Use the "attack in line" PA (there's one for each pet)
Change weapons (probably most simple)
Get out of range

Added notes. No matter what attribute or rarity, the candy box patterns are the same for all pets.

As for changing potentials for the pets, you have to have an equal or higher rarity egg to do so and it's done in the lab (each egg has it's own potential, so read carefully through the description). Leveling up it's potential is through feeding eggs.

so anyone know possible sources for 13* eggs,couldn't find anything beyond 9* and the mai frendo guy talked about teaching you how to break the limit(not that i have any idea what he means by that) on your pet if you can get it to 13*

Train Gidoran drops 10* Wanda eggs, but that's the best I've found.

Does anyone have a list of the pet personalities and what they do, even an early list? I'm nervous about boosting my rarity any further if I get shafted with a bad personality or something.

I got a Sally 10* egg from TD4 XH. and if u upgrade from 9* to 10* by changing personality, your pet rarity changes to 10* as well. Personality I upgraded was something like increase pp and item drops

Big bummer is you can only carry 10 pets and that's it!
