Considering that's how it originally was and they specifically changed it because people asked them to, I doubt it. You sure they didn't mean something like having it locked to an outfit, so you can have outfits with different innerwear without going into the este? Because I would like that. I would like that a lot.

The quick change presets means I can finally do a Full Armor shed on the field with my Caseal.

Inner and base is like accessories. Outer is like costumes.

You can't go out only by inner. (Though, there might be base and outer that shows inner.)
