New ISP blocks?
I haven't checked lately, but I know there was some banning going on by Sega. I was on just last night (12/12), but suddenly this morning (12/13) I can't get on PSO2, nor does the pso2.jp site work, complete with the 249 Error. I'm on CenturyLink/Qwest.
Mhm, apparently another CenturyLink user is blocked.
But how will I play daily stamp collector online?!
Has this been reported elsewhere?
