Anyone else like perler beads / hama bead / mini perler?
I have recently gotten into it because it's easy, inexpensive and you can make cool stuff to post on the wall that never goes bad. (Or the coaster, fridge magnet, 3D item, etc) So recently I was able to thrift up the largest bead jar, the 22,000 bead jar for only a dollar (they were afraid some kid would get in there and spill it so...sale!) Sure it was a bit used but oh well.

Perler is great because you can make art with features other art doesn't have:
Transparent things
Glitter-inside things
Glowing
3D
Waterproof

Does anyone else do perler?
This could become a thread for it. I'd like to see more perler or hama projects!

Does anyone have perlin questions?
If you want to get into it, I would suggest it! I can answer questions if you are curious about it.

Does anyone have a fun place for pixel art or sprites?
To perl you need either an art pixelator or something that's already a sprite.

So what to perl first?
Baby mag!
I wonder if it's life size? (PSO1) It's on top of a outlet cover

A penguin...with a transparent ribbon growing out of its head.
I don't know why.

Mario's mushrooms
Because classic

Perl your favorite pokemon!
Torchic with hearts (was testing the iron making small things...gave them to Torchic because it's so cute)
Piplup mini sprite from the game & happy runny piplup

If anyone likes these perlers I will post more.
