Original Soundtrack Vol. 4 and 2015 Sympathy

I've seen some of the Vol. 4 Soundtrack Music Discs available in the player shop, even though the release date for the physical version of the Soundtrack itself is still 9-10 days away. Would anyone have a good idea on how players got their hands on these?

On another note, is there someplace where the 2015 Sympathy Memorial Album has been uploaded so I may download it? I've been waiting for the longest time, and have been searching relentlessly, but I can't seem to find anything.
