found picture from google what i want as SA but nothink found in google how to convert to .sar...if i cant so im noob in art to make own so can ask for a request pls?

What you want does not exist, I'm afraid you must create it manually in-game. There is a program that lets you do this outside of the game as well, but you still have to use the same tools.

you need to trace it manually, if you know how to trace you can try to use symbol art tracer

Fair enough, but doing it yourself is still your best bet. It's not going to be an easy task, it will be hard to persuade people you don't know to do this sort of work for you.

If you accept that recreating this to perfection yourself is impossible, then just making an SA that broadly represents the picture might still be satisfying.

i dont know some good artist friend what can make it and i doubt that someone from guild or from B1 wants make me SA...maybe only way is make it myself or pay to someone

Yup, pay someone or make it yourself.

I suggest making it yourself by "tracing" it via transparent windows.
