Combat Escape feels like something that should've been changed back during that major class rebalance, but got glanced over for whatever reason.

You may or may not recall but Combat Escape did get changed back during the major class rebalance. Combat Escape used to apply to all classes until they made it main class only. Prior to that every class had the ability to become invincible.

There hasn't been any reports of 13* drops on the swiki. I'd think there would've been some by now if they really did drop.

13* drops might show up in the quest records if they really drop there. I can't check myself since I am at work.

XQs don't show the item records, probably because XQ drops don't work like drops in any other quest.

Which is utterly pointless but yeah. I've had confirmation from people I know that Yozakura series does in fact drop in solo XQ, but can't personally confirm it (not worth spending the passes).
