Ran out of options to fix eternal loading screen

I've deleted the client some time ago and installed it again now. The problem is I can't get past loading screen after choosing character. You know this flying in the tunnel one.
I've tried to revert back to JP lang (last time I had this issue that helpled)
I've tried to to check for old/missing filed
I've tried to turn the proxy on
I've tried to reset the game's and tweaker's settings
I've tried to fix gameguard errors.
I've tried to fix permissions (not sure if it worked since pso2updater.exe doesnt really laucnh at all)
So... what else can I do? It's kinda all the stuff there is that I know off

Have you tried to load the game with the vanilla launcher and do a file check?

Half the issues on this forum never occur playing the game untouched.
