i'm having the same issue. tried deleting the gg folder, disabled antivirus, use the troubleshooting of the tweaker, nada.
Getting this as well. My gameguard just updated itself when I tried to launch the game a few minutes ago.
Must be something to do with the plugins of the Tweaker.
Yup. Tried using the Tweaker tool, and disabling my startup applications. Still getting 1013 within a minute of logging in, if even.
i'm not using any plugins but i admittedly haven't tried using official launcher yet

Having issues with this too.
Are you using the Proxy? Because that counts as a plugin too.
Error np1013 checking in, a few of my teams members are also getting it.
Just started getting it too. Think I'm going to just wait for a bit and see if anybody figures it out.
