NP1013 Solution finally yall.
solution is simply. don't whatever you do, don't install tweaker and pso2 on the system drive c:, instead install anywhere else but c: drive. Cause for some reason unknown windows and gameguard security check are tricky so to avoid all the headache. Install your pso2 game and tweaker on a different drive that does not have your operating system on it. Problem solved.

Was having this issue, my process of getting online at least for now was:

Open Tweaker -> Other Tasks -> Revert PSO2ProxySettings to JP
then Troubleshooting -> Reset Tweaker settings
- Go through the prompts setting up Tweaker again -
Then doing the Install / Update patches all three.
Then lastly Other Tasks - > Configure PSO2Proxy Server Settings and using the http://cloud02.cyberkitsune.net:8080/config.json from the front post.

Tweaker and proxy settings is not the main trouble causing NP1013. I get it a few minutes ago. GG just detect processes and files which seems suspicious to him. For example - deleting Tweaker, registry cleaning and launching game via original .exe doesn't work for me. NP1013 still there.
After terminating some background processes from Task Manager game finally started to work well. In my case, troublesome process was Microsoft OneDrive.
My OS is Windows 10, so I don't know how about other windows versions.
I hope this info will be useful for someone.

Dumping a couple of programs that cause NP1013:
- Intel Status Report (or something with a similar name);
- ASUS AI Suite II.

Both have processes running in the background which, even after closing the main application, will still cause NP1013.
Never installing manufacturer software ever again...

After updating, I also received this NP1013 error within seconds of logging in.

However before attempting to try out any of the solutions above, I deleted the GameGuard Folder, launched the PSO2 Tweaker and let game guard reinstall itself automatically.

After logging in again, this issue no longer occurs

I didn't get this problem for a long time until this week and I'm not sure how to fix it.
