You need a decoder, which most everyone in the Proxy team or people close to them have access to. And to prevent GG from redoing their encryption, the reader is not to be shared lightly.

Well, thats too bad. I just like to fix my own problems myself without depending on others.
I understand the decision to keep it underground tho.

So if that isn't an option, maybe someone else can tell me what is interfering with my GG.

Yeah, I totally understand how frustrating it is, not to be able to self troubleshoot.

this locktime program is causing GG to spazz out.

Was able to fix my issues thanks to this thread, only problem is my items are not translated, everything else is fine :3

NetLimiter, huh? That's... interesting. It's actually just a network traffic shaping program. Welp, simply closing it seems to have fixed the problem for me.

Hey! I know this might be an old issue by now, but I've been having the NP1013 error when I've never had it before. I've tried a few things to no avail and saw that it might be a program I have running, so if anyone could help, that'd be great!

EDIT: Nevermind... I forgot that I had Advanced Combat Tracker on in the background for a different game I was playing, so it was kicking me out for that reason... ><

You have the old Proxy IPv4 address in your host file, run notepad as administrator and open "%windir%\system32\drivers\hosts" and remove all lines that have 161.202.84.165

I checked the address you posted and that file isn't in that folder. It's in a folder called "etc" within that drivers folder and it doesn't have the IP address that you listed anywhere in it. It just has local host IPs and stuff in there. Did I go to the wrong place??

ahh, you are right, it should be "%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"

What is in the hosts file?

Also, does a file named "hosts.ics" also exist?
