Quick note: Grind reduction 30% is usable on the parfaits. Lesson learned the last time I try to get a +4 and lost half a million thinking reductions weren't usable initially (cookies)

Taiga, i couldnt help to notice the Gamushara Parfait on the recommended Candy Boxes. I'm guessing it's a rare 13* Parfait from Magatsu since it has (Magatsu Parfait) under it :P
But any idea what the effects of it are?

And mmh, let's say that i have the 11* tickets to buy it (don't have them xD, i can't be able to find any 11* to trade for tickets :<) how much can i spent from player shops to have at least 80-100 s-atk on those units?
