Ra is pretty solid of the standard standing snipe 1/2, weakpoint 1/2, weak bullet slave, and then gravity bomb. The rest is purely optional, Imo tactics trap and pp killer is good for... mobbing? also the bullet keep if you prefer lawnchair over tmg. Sharpshooter which is a mainclass skill kinda interferes with Gu skill though (unless you do an all rounder of close 30% long 20% bonus)
Gu... I never good in this, but Im pretty sure the norm would be CRA 1/2, chain, showtime, perfect keep and so on. Anyway, since Gu has many main-class only skill, you might wanna do a build that matches the quote above instead, do note that Gu builds are different for GuRa and RaGu.
Pa-wise is not my field, but for rifle, diffusion might be sync with CRA, and the usual boss/focus mob killing sat can or end attact. No comments for launcher (since its covered in somewhere and I dun want to start a rifle vs lawnchair war again) and tmg (as i said, never good in those).
For weapons, standard advice is always "get your own rainbow set of red weapons with potential until you can get the end game content.", so no much to talk about here.
