Dry humor is what I do. But to be open minded and honest, I truly don't have some ideal waifu character in mind. But if I were to base it on anime traits I like, it would be something like what,
-Glasses
-Quite/sleepy voice
-Self Sufficient
-A sense of humor.
I've been jokingly calling some characters waifus, but I never put too much effort into "admiring" them.
There is, however, one female character that I really like ever since playing Zestiria.
Lailah with her Japanese VA (RIP Matsuki Miyu).
She's got puns. A lot of them.
For every situation.
She loves spheres. Or rather, rolling animales. Those that curl up.
She's looking for the great Arma Dylon. The ultimate rolling expert.
Lailah seems a bit weird in the head and is cheerful most of the time, but hey, why am I writing all this stuff? These pictures say more than everything I could write about:

Here I thought all that was required for a Waifu was them saying "yes".
It doesn't matter; your waifu a shit.
Then you can actually say, "I didn't choose the thug life. The thug life chose me."
