That's an old comedy bit with George Burns and Gracie Allen. When they finished their routine, George would say,"Say good night, Gracie." and she would say,"Good night, Gracie!"
It's out of context, I'm just making fun of Gawker. They're so done.
Actually, the George Burns and Gracie bit was parodied by so many shows in the US, especially between the 80s and the 90s. To a degree, it had a habit of how it kept coming back. But Warner Brothers cartoons were especially known for their parodies of cultural references for things that happened 20, 30, 40, 50+ years prior. Basically, introducing a new audience (as well as entertaining their parents, and grandparents) to classic sayings.
Something people will be saying when a cartoon, 20 years from now, throws in an "All your base" joke or a character dances the Gangnam Style (Or in a cube, talking about someone calling them on their cellphone) .

PSO2 Character information:
Eric Windhaven (Fomar) Ship 02.
If people even remember those, it would surely be the distorted memes based around them. Much like how the original routine never actually ended with "Good night, Gracie." Memes from a time before the internet. Memes before we even knew the word for it!
On topic: These Gawker clowns really are inhuman monsters. Who jokes about child porn under oath?
Now we need Huffington Post and Buzzfeed to crash and burn so we can get back to not having every tiny facet of our lives scrutinized by the Politically-Correct Police™ and their cheap clickbait bullshit.
