I tried making an account and now get a 403 declined to the site.

I would like to get some one to set up my account for me out of an act of kindness knowing i love this game.

I did not mean to break a rule i am just not having luck making my pso2 account because of the caption on the bottom. Im sorry ill leave the site if no one can actually help me with this problem sorry i wasted your time and making an account here
