acording to Sierra, the reason why you go on foot it because all the first AIS squadron was destroyed on the initial assault, and the foot phase is to disable its weaponry as she prepares the secondary AISs

Yeah, but as soon as we destroy the weaponry, it respawns in the cutscene where it takes off.
And I don't see how it matters if the first AIS squadron was destroyed, because it only takes 5 seconds to respawn them~
what's Photon Rush, is that the Stinger-like move?
Well, what Sierra says is story logic compared to what we experience, the game logic :3
(Kazuki, RA or BR/HU, Human♂) (Yusei, FO/TE or FI, Newman♂)(Zane, TE or BR/HU, Deuman♂)
Ship: 2-Ur
First wave was kinda laggy but we managed to record the second wave run in yamato EQ
Chidori / Ship2, Also feel free to visit us at http://gunvalk.saik0.com
Yeah, I just can't help but think that SEGA often does really stupid stuff and then tries to explain it away with something like "because photons".
Photon Rush should be shift+right click (the dashing 180 slice).
out of curiosity, does yamato has some kind of introductory escene from whats has been released of ep4 story similar to previous bosses? or atleast of the crazy dude that commands it?
Updated. Fixed a bunch of mistakes and clarified a lot of stuff.
Emphasized that dash and vertical boost have invulnerability.
Glowing weakpoints during phrase 1 and 2 only appears when yamato does summoning attacks like laser and homing missile, which is like 99% percent of the battle of course.
Overboost (vertical jump) is useful to dodge laser spin and get to giant missiles. It is very risky to use during the deck fight since you will become extremely vulnerable to flak attacks, and there is no quick way to get down.
