Concerns regarding webmoney purchase

I know about the terms of service and risk of bans through Jim's thread, but has anyone from SEA been purchasing Arks Cash through webmoney with no problems afterwards?

Logging into the cha.isao site kind of worries me because I have to use the proxy to get into the game, and therefore SEGA can easily tell that I logged in to the website from a restricted region instead of the same IP I used for the game.

Because of the IP ban, I can't use pso2es, so my only options are buying webmoney code through play-asia, or purchasing the deluxe package to use the in-game code for 30 day premium.
