I met Edward during the last MS. He's a really nice guy.

I first saw Edward in a lobby, I think on Paracabana coast. It was for a discussion with players to talk about issues with players abusing the game, cheating, etc. Of course he could only talk to six players at a time (I think, unless GMs can have a larger party?) becasue people were spamming soooo much and not giving him the chance to chat out load. If he did, his chatting would have gotten lost in the crowd of spam. Then the people who were spamming to get his attention (and thus preventing him from effieciantly chatting in public) got mad they couldnt get through to him and started making absurd accusations about him. I could be wrong, but thats the impression I get when people say bad things about Edward, they just dont understand his side of how he has to handle hundreds of players in one place or running an event, he doesnt have time for everyone, and maybe with people getting booted immediatley from his parties, maybe he needs to focus on the players hes talking to over a matter, or what if he's generating prizes for those particular members in the party now, and the item could sort to the peron who just joined, rather than to the person who rightfully earned a prize that had to be given out manually? Edward certanly was patient with me when I filed a support ticket to see about getting the Phantasy Star Portable Day items that had not arrived in my box properly, and he certaiunly got it fixed and everybody who missed it, to my knowledge got the item afterwards as promised.

Well I just post a comment early when it was announce and he remove my post regarding that most of the PSU player spend there time on 4TH floor spamming chatting and other spend there time at white beast and I said finally we can stop other psu player stop cry about it. And told him he's doing a great job and boom my post comment was removed. I see that he not a type person don't like my comment so I cant say if he a bully or a good guy lol. Another fact is some PSU player never online on psu anymore so they wait for the next lvl up cap to come and boom again they play what is new and get there lvl up at 170 in a week and never hear from them again. A waste of partner's cards that I have hold on too.Its shame I had to delete some of them.There many way to play PSU on the XBOX 360 and they don't see the fun of it anymore. same way with rare free mission if u have one AND ONE of your friends see that U DO have one they bug heck out of you just be in mission. Onces they join your group and the mission is over they split with out saying thank you. And is more like a Hit n Run.Same way with some of the PSU player once they hit 170 they say there good bye and spit or try making money on this event and etc.
