XBox: What am i missing for my animal parts?

I did the first 3 quests... unlocked the other set of quest did the Secret delivery one but when i go to Dr. Osto's research he tells me elenor still needs tuning or somenthing... its there another quest i have to do before i do this? plz help thnx

If you're on the xbox version, you have to complete that one then go to unsealed door; you'll see Dr. Montague wandering about there and he'll tek them parts for ya.

for all versions, complete the first tier of quests, open the ruins and then do secret delivery and docs secret plan.
for xbox players, there is a glitch that may or may not allow you to make them at all.
