I am having this same problem, it is when I switch blocks or go to my room. I played a little bit after maint, and had no problems, went to sleep and now it keeps crashing.
ive reinstalled the game and now im updating it if this goes on im done with the game till the issue gets fixed xD
still having the crashes xD

Looks like it's the item translation plugin causing issues. There's a thread on /r/PSO2 with more info
