PSO2.exe stop working while entering on the Team Room

I already checked install for issues, restored the missing files and check for old ones. What else can produce this game crash?

Try the following:

Uninstall your video card drivers completely. Use a tool to eliminate them completely from the Registry. Download a fresh copy of both, Direct X9c and your Video Card Drivers. First Install Direct X 9c, and then Install your video card drivers...

What happens is that when graphic drivers are updated frequently by developers, the file structure remains the same. Due to most drivers being about optimization of the technology, a lot of people will end up using files from different version of drivers. This leads to instability and game crashes. The fix for me was to go to your C:\Users\Username\Documents\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLIN E2\symbolarts\cache folder and delete everything inside there.

My theory is your game saved a corrupted Symbol Art like mine did. =v=b
