A couple of minutes.

You get ores and gemstones from collecting.

Trade them for their respective skill rings at the counter in the cafe.

Wear them, and kill stuff to increase their grind level cap.

Grind them to increase the ring's effects.

You will need more ore, gems, grinders, and lambda grinders to grind them.

Base chance of grind success is 80-89% (most likely 80).

If you want to farm the materials you need multiple chars

Spam fishing till you get burst and unload all your mining stamina

Tip: on fishing/mining, when you get the result window that shows the material you got, you can press enter to cancel it and resume to gather without wasting time, this really helps quickly drain a mining full stamina bar (or more) during a burst so you can get more chances on getting ores and gems
