Error in PSO2 settings

My PSO2 folder is "C:\PHANTASTAYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin" the game works fine, but i want the change the
settings(PSO2 OPTIONS in orb menu) but this error pops up.

I tried troubleshooting to fix the error but nothing happen...

Make sure that the "user.pso2" file is not set to Read Only. It is located in Documents\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2. If it isn't set to read only and you are still getting the error, try deleting it so that a new one can be generated.
