    Default Issue with updating PSO2 through tweaker /

    So i've been trying to download PSO2 to my new laptop, a Lenovo Z50 with Windows 8.1 OS and every time I try to check for missing/old updates, it reaches to file # 6638 and sends me this pastebin :

    My computer savvy buddy told me that it's having difficulty locating my files, but he asked me to throw this up here in order to gain some more insightful responses about how we can solve my issue.
