PSO2 error in folder placement

I keep getting this error, this occurred when I update tweaker

I copied the my original folder to "C:\Tweaker" but still getting this error
There are times were I was able to open the game by switching folders but then I get this "NP1013" then after this the previous error occurs again

Remove the "copy" tweaker from your original location. The only one you should be running in is "C:\Tweaker".
