Black screen after logos

After all the sega and other logos my game loads to a silent black screen. No intro or anything. This happened after the most recent update, when I right click and close window I can hear a menu pop up in the background with the usual PSO2 sounds, but can't see anything.

Issue occurs when using both tweaker and native launcher.
Restarted computer, issue persists, but I got an error on the first attempt this time.

I think the black screen usually happens with missing or corrupted files. Try a file check, and if you use any of the patches make sure they're up to date. Also run the game without them before installing them to make sure the game works without them first.

If it worked before (12/14/2016) Update then the Tweaker update did something wrong once again. I haven't updated my game since (11/24/2016) only redownloaded exe's with Tweaker and the game is working fine.

I would do a filecheck with JP launcher.
