Are you running Windows 10? If so, try disabling TouchInputService. Go into Task Manager, go to the Services tab, then hit Open Services at the bottom; scroll down to Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service, and double click it; set Startup Type to Disabled, and hit the Stop button.
Also, double check your antivirus/Windows Defender to make sure the game and the Tweaker are excluded/whitelisted.
