problem with launching the game

Hi, I'm wondering if someone can help me on a problem with launching the game. I have all the files downloaded( checked files 0 missing), proxy settings done, but when I launch the game, nothing came up, not even a message of sth like error happening whatsoever, like the tweaker just disappear and literally nothing came up.

Pleassee! Can someone help me fix this problem? i've been longing to play this game, and I almost want to cry now.

My best guess would be that you need to add the Tweaker and PSO2 to your anti-virus/firewall/Windows Defender exclusions/whitelist.
