This raise another question though...How about cast? Male and female? I'd say that Human and Deuman are balanced enough though.

Female Cast with everything off (mag, weapon, units, ring) and all class bonus.

Edit2: Errrr I have all class bonuses from titles 100% sure...so why only 100pp and not 110 ?
Edit3: K figured out. Bonus is applied once you leave counter.

So Bullet Kamui gives some sort of burst damage after successful dodge and can be combo'd with other tmg pas? I get that they just spammed steps and was getting near 50k per dodge but is it that good? Wouldn't other Hr pas/skills do just as good damage to phaleg or am I missing something?

Being able to follow it up with brand new star is a pretty big deal. It also has good base stats and a good base multiplier.

If you're fighting something you can spam counter, these TMGs may be a winner out of all Hr weapons with the counter damage + brand new star damage boost.
