The key is to get good 12* gear that equips off the defense stats, like those Nox weapons. Been rocking a 12* sword for longer than I should since I could equip that before I could a 10* one.

Level 1 to 40 I pretty much used my grinding fodder to level up seeing as I killed anything over 20 levels higher than me within a few seconds.
So any Dios or Noxes or whatever I had lying around waiting to be food for my 13*s were used and the time went by so fast before realizing, "ah, I can use my best gear now"

Earlygame leveling is such a no brainer in this game, it's easy to go 1-50 in just an hour or a few especially if you had preparation time - and knowing Hero is coming, we all did. Stat requirements are not an issue because by the time you really needed your lategame weps and units for Hero, you were already able to equip them.

Step JA combo ring is really great with tmg's reload, with first blood you can't step -> JA reload -> step -> JA reload which recovers way more PP in a short amount of time compared to just holding JA reload.

I maxed Affinity with Stratos. Her Final Reward is a Triboost +100%. Other rewards include Ability Success +30%, Great Grind Success +50%, and Lambda Grinders.

@Poynoche: I really, really hope so.

@Ayumi: I'm not certain, but it was worth a shot! I mean, maxing affinity with Toro and Kuro respectively gives you their MAG Evolution Devices (Toro for Toro, Kuro for Kuro), which are unique rewards.
