SEGA did say they may erase your account if you haven't logged in for more than a year, but I don't think they actually do it. I do not know of SEGA actually wiping anyone's account, so something doesn't sound right.

It's very suspicious that 2 acounts got reverted back to fresh account state.
That's why I thought it was some error or it was accidentally wiped or some technical issue.
