You must be using PSO2 Tweaker for ReShade to work

1.) Go to http://arks-layer.com/reshade.php and download the reshade installer.
2.) Select safe installation
3.) Select Yes to "Are you using Arks-Layer's PSO2 Plugin System?"
4.) Select ReShade 3.0 (no sweetfx)
5.) Verify that your game directory is correct and click install
6.) Download my preset
7.) Extract to your pso2_bin directory and overwrite when asked (if you aren't asked to, something went wrong along the way)
8.) When you get in the game, you may need to hit Shift + F1 and select pso2.ini from the configuration options.
9.) In the PSO2 graphics options, disable bloom and color tone curve

Optional but recommended: Delete all the shaders not currently in use in the reshade-shaders/Shaders folder. This will substantially reduce compilation time at startup (it will not affect performance either way). The ones in use are:
AmbientLight.fx
Bloom.fx
Deband.fx
DOF.fx
LUT.fx
Vibrance.fx

You're done. Shift + F1 opens the reshade menu where you can customize/disable shaders to your liking. The "+" key on the numpad toggles the effect. If you run into any issues, feel free to ask for help.



What separates my preset from others is the custom LUT I made for the game (a method of color grading). If you like the general tone of my preset but dislike specific effects, feel free to use my LUT as a starting point.

I'm not sure I'm 100% satisfied with the results, but I like it enough to share. Future versions may come and the post will be updated if that happens.
