Recycle Shop Question

Does anyone know how one acquires an "SG Scratch Exchange Ticket"?

Weirder yet, the EX Tribooster is in the regular recycle shop too, wanting AC Scratch cards, however even though I have an AC Scratch card in my inventory its acting like I don't have the correct item to exchange.

Do any of you happen to know what the trick is for this?

For the SG, the Ether Mother Hope Ticket that costs 40 SG badges, or the D Conviction Ticket (received by doing that SG scratch 40 times) from the previous SG scratch is what it is asking for.
For the AC, it is asking for Bonus Scratch Tickets, ie. the ones you get from scratching a certain number of times.
