I am kinda hyped because it means I have a more fair chance to get my pp restoring Partizan. But then, I also feel these 14* will be outclasses very soon because of the lack of SSA support. Chances are the Austere NT will be a 14* too, and support all 4 slots. If the XQ grind turns to be too bothersome, I will just wait until then
