Thanks for the info, but since it's not confirmed that they are boosted for 14★ drops, I'll keep going with party recruitment. Mind you, if I don't get anything good from Mother, I may just play these quests a bit to see if I get better luck.

Considering that Mother herself won't be boosted, plenty of time to kill her 4 to 6 times, we can take a break after that and resume after the dragon.
