When a person modifies an item-hack or program well- it can just increase it's stats. One has to max out another.

For instance-a 30/45/20/40 40% TJS modified can just get incrased power. It would juat show it. It wouldnt modify your character. Its impossoble. Sega created the item that way permanently therefor it may look 40/30/70/70 50% but really its jsut normal. I have yet to prove this theory of mine but im pretty sure theres some truth to it.

4 bonus stats? O_o
i've never seen a wep w/4 b4.. i heard 3 bonus stats r max

People should realize items that CANT be modified- cant be modified at all. even if you max out an oriagito it wont get ne bonuses because it CANT get bonuses.

Oriagito and TJS cant have eff or %. Its programmed into the item. noone can actually modify the item to have ef and%. it may say it does but it wont work at all. That is my thoery. it may be the same with wepons with 4 or more eff spots.

you can modify the %'S, you can even grind items even if they are not able to be ground (lavis cannon) just because we cant doesnt mean its impossible, the people who make the items are using mod chips to run the game in debug mode, which gives them access to modify whatever they see fit.

Im quite sure he said you Could modify them, but they wouldnt be anything more than just mere numbers, they wouldnt effect the weapon's stats.
