Hey...im about to start a new character. I was jsut a RAcast and loved the way androids can auto detect traps, not get posioned, etc. Would the HUcast be a next good ccharacter? Whats its advantages and disadvantages?

HUcast's are great. They have the same advantages as the RAcast. They also have the highest attack power and highest HP of anyone of the other classes.
Downside is no techniques, just like the RAcast.....that's about it
I'm a lvl 25 HUcast, just finished mines on normal, and working on getting into ruins now.

Yup, I'm the proud owner of a lvl. 60 RaCaseal. No techniques, but she is immune to poison and paralysis, can see traps, and use a shotgun to whap enemies before they even get near her. Those damn caradines sometimes zap into malfunctioning but that's another story
