I was looking through the weapons and I dont understand the attack, what does the dash mean.
For example Red Sword:
Attack 400-611
Does this mean you have a chance of getting a stronger weapon or what?

It means that they will give either 400 or 611 damage on top of your atp score. It's basically how reliable the damage of a weapon is.
i thought it just meant the attack power of the weapon with all factors added in(i.e. photon effeciency, atp, enemy dfp). Remember, damage fluctuates.
it means the damage range
unless it has several types of is ie. the agitos
actually, it's how much it increases your ATP, the dash is there because you can grind the weapon
