How do I post a fan fiction?

Okay, I was just wondering what way is best for copying and pasting fan fictions to the forum. Like, how do I stop that annoying bunching all of my paragraphs into one big paragraph? Also, how do I actually get quotation marks and commas to not appear as question marks? Thanks! ^_^

I've had the most success cutting & pasting out of windows notepad.

Dude, I just write it right in the forum itself, and save it into a text document, afterwards

This is not the way I'd suggest posting. Considering that a good chapter could take you more than a single session on PSOW, writing in Word or Wordpad is wise. I use MS Works and then copy it into word to replace the quotation marks and ...'s with the replace function.
