GC: i solved one problem but now there is another

i found my subnet mask, my gateway, and my dns 1 & 2
i can get online but it gives me error 102 "you could not be connected to the server.please check that your provider settings are correct before connecting.the line was disconnected."

I checked..all of my addresses are right my ip subnet and gateway

i have road runner high speed internet service btw if that helps
