Heya everyone .

In my play time of PSO, which is quite substantial, I have seen many sets of the aforementioned weapons. However, I have never seen a monster made weapon with positive or negative in the %'s.

So, is it possible to get a Delsaber Buster 25% to dark or an SBeat 50% to Machine? Or, sinve they are made from monster parts, do they come out 0 everytime?

All info will be appreciated...
