im not new to PSo but i am new to online play for PSo and i was wondering how to Download maps for Pso can anyone help me???

there is a section called "Maps" somewhere in the middle you could look at and download until your heart is all content.

I believe he means download maps in the sense that you download maps for games like Starcraft and Warcraft, but I may be mistaken. After all, the areas are essentially the same online and off, except for the quests.
