Duping........Still legal?

how is it that people keep duping. i want to know what is it that they do to make doubles of weapons. one of my friends used to make dupes for me online(im not online) and he told me sonic team did something to stop it. how is it that I keep reading on this site about duping and stuff if it cant be done?

ST made a patch for PSOX, but I'm not too sure about it.

Duping is still going on at GC, though.

Actually there is a Ver 1.00 pso in gc(blue disc), but only in jap. The one in us and europe is the ver 1.10 in jap(green disc). The ST did fix the Ver 1.00 dupe glitch when they realise the Ver 1.10 in jap...put people just find the new glitch to dupe^.^Then.....well i havent c ST doing anything ever since>.<

p.s: in jap u can to trape in Ver 1.00 for the Ver 1.10.

I noticed you are on GC, so to answer your question it is still going on. The patch was for PSOX but it can't stop those who are still using older methods to dupe and hack on the X Box (its really, really easy LOL). Even if theoretically they (ST) made a patch for the GC it wouldn't stop the USB crowd.

actually .... the GC has the Shop dupe, (online AND offline) so anyone can go and erase the patch and dupe offline... *sigh*

and Skye... I have a USB card,(for corruption) but who would go as far as 40 + S&H just for haveing a few copies of a weapon in a single online game ??!!
