Sega's [official] drop charts

I was just reading the PSOW guide on "Rumors" and stumbled across the following:

Rumor: Only Oran can find Olga Flow DNA
Fact: An Japanese Oran player was the only verified person to find the DNA, but this does not mean that any other sections ids will not be able to find it. In Sega's drop charts, there is a question mark for all Section ID's for ultimate Olga Flow Drops

There's no url, you have to buy the [book], so I either would need to scan the page for you or you need to buy it.

I know this book...I haven't seen it myself, but I am aware that it has drop charts by Section ID in it...did Sega OFFICIALLY give its blessing to the drop charts in it? If so, when?

The publisher got all its info from ST. Obviously the drop charts are only ONE part of the book and why in the world would sega just post "OH BTW THIS BOOK HAS [OFFICIAL] DROP CHARTS!". That just wouldn't make much sense.

If you care to why don't you write ST and tell them you want an OFFICIAL word on where they got their data from.

Do the drop charts in this book mirror PSOW drop charts for all items? Are there any discrepancies?

No, we have gone through everything and mirror'd them. Thats why the item submit pages were taken down on the site cause we were no long accepting submissions for item findings since we had finished using the ones frrom the book anyhow.
